Attention [redacted], I am aware of Mr. [redacted]s issue and I have been working to resolve this for almost three months. I am at a point to where it will be resolved by the end of June. The problem is my fault and I have addressed this with my customer and take full responsibility in getting it...

Basically, I lost a good bit of money in my business and had to find a way to obtain the funds through sales to overcome my losses in order to resolve Mr. [redacted]'s deal and finalize the proper paperwork in order for him to receive his tag and registration. At no fault of his this process has just taken me this long to overcome. It will be resolved this month. Sincerely, [redacted].
this is the same thing Mr.[redacted] has been saying since Jan, 2016.in fact he told Ms.[redacted]..the same thing...a week ago. The deadline passes...and he says another 3 to 4 weeks..we are paying for a truck that is not ours...and also paying insurace for no reason. In the event we have an accident our insurace would bow out....and we may inccure some kind of charges...because it is not ours... nobody really knows who's truck it is at thus point thank you
