invitation to speak directly on the matter, but I will write a response to your letter as well. We ensure event agenda and timelines are agreed upon and signed off by our guests so that their events can run smoothly. Nothing can ruin a special day faster then when the contractual agenda and timeline is not adhered to. Unfortunately this is exactly how your event began. At 5pm your guests were slated to enter the room with your appetizers displayed and ready for consumption. Due to you providing and continuing to bring in appetizers until 6pm, and in such quantity that we needed to add extra tables and chafing dishes which were not included or agreed upon in your contract, our staff immediately had to improvise in order to accommodate the adjustment (which we did at no extra cost to you). And the list of your unapproved contract adjustments goes on i'm afraid.. From 5:30pm on, you made many additional requests which were not in your contract (additional decor, banners, additional sweets, and much more), and we accommodated. This again adds strain to your ability to move forward on our agreed contractual agenda and timeline. The DJ you provided turned into a 6 piece band on the day of your event, which would not have been approved due to space and power requirements. This led to unforeseen breaks in your entertainment. He was also unwilling to comply with our security manager who attempted to help him keep that from happening. All these issues were completely avoidable had you stayed within the agreed bounds of your Banquet Event Order. This document does contain your signature to the agenda and timeframe of your event. Again I am shocked by this email from you due to our previous conversations where this was all stated with clarity. Your assertion that minors were served is incorrect. As you are aware, we provided wristbands for the bridal party and our bartenders carded through out the evening. According to policy within the contract and which your event coordinator explained, Arden Hills is not responsible for items that are left on property following the conclusion of your event. We are again grateful you chose Arden Hills as a venue for your special day, and because of this we will not add cleaning charges or additional fee's for the state in which the bridal suite was left. However, due to your inability to adhere to the contractual agenda and timeline we will not be providing a refund for your event. - [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I think it is inaccurate of corse [redacted] you working for a venue you are gana want to save your job , I understand that but I feel your response is inaccurate, as far as Dj band ect goes , I talked withe [redacted] about how I wanted everything and who was gana be part of my wedding , now why would I get a Dj and no band , silly you, and as far as my cake I see you did not respond to that, I feel that you guys are very unprofessional as far as your personal goes, you need a whole new crew , and I would never in a million years think of letting my daughter or any family at that matter do buizzness with you, you say you are letting go of cleaning fees, well that's not correct, as we asked your staff if they needed us to do anything before we headed to our suit and they proceeded to say everything was fine, I allso asked if we should get out things from the room you lent us and they said they wer fine there , and as far as banners go [redacted] told us we can barrow with out a charge and that is on paper, so I think you need to get your facts right and of corse would never want to meet with you or any staff from Arden hills worst expierance in my life. But God is good and will see how your buizzness goes I will not let you be a misery to my life , God bless and remember when you do bad to people it allways comes back, hope I get to watch ????????????????

Review: Where is the integrity?

I called March 31st to schedule spa services for my sister and I. The young lady took my information, said she would call me back in 10 min. She never called me back.

I called April 1st and spoke to Dan the manager in guest services; he said he would have the spa manager call me. No one ever called me back.

I called Monday April 4th, the same young lady answered and explained she left early on March 31st. The two original days I wanted are no longer available. She schedules me for April 6th, we arrive and she forgot to include our lunch. I ask to see the manager, [redacted], before I leave. I am there from 10:45am to 6:30pm and I never see [redacted]. As I am checking out the young lady says she will page [redacted]; but instead she hands me [redacted]'s business card and tells me to call [redacted]. This will be the last time I spend oner $800.00 for the day at this club.

Where is the integrity?Desired Settlement: For someone to except responsibility and call me.

The entire staff needs customer service training.
