                                        ... It was regret hear from you about above referenced subject you files to Revdex.com. I do not understand your fact that complained is incorrect. I cannot concerns do any car repair issues, I tried best as I acknowledgements  assist you as my car wash client. This is what exactly happened when you come to knock my office that your car does not start. My long time this type of business it seems nothing wrong for car wash job done clean and shining. The car looks very clean and  ready to turn over to the client  pick it up.  I immediately approached at  the car I asked what happened. Mr. [redacted] shows me new battery pack in the space in between front seats arresting  Mr. [redacted] told me he have changed new batteries  in his ignition car keys the car does not start. I personally trying to help you goes to next door window car repair tin tin shop technician both you and him exchanged information you have decided unloaded car main battery and resetting security scan system with your direction did both you and him, as results engine still not start, I brought my car jump-up cable tried restart your car it does not start car too. After that he come my office pay back refund $28.00, I told him the car wash is loos grate, I offered him for free car wash coupon, but he denied my offer. After that you called towing company took car away w with him and towing car together.    My car wash progressed what did he wanted work order from the entry stats Vacuumed hand wash conveyor  tunnel out front dry area complete job done. We drove your car entry to pick-up point it work as well. Arden and Howe Car Wash do not have any responsibility for your car repair work. I appreciate your case withdrawal I would like to kept as same as gentle usual client relationship, If you have any questions please let me know,  if you want me to go the court  I will follows your decision. that occurs water it is impossible scratch during the carwash, this type of problems are occurs during the hot temperature over 98 degree in widow problems. Our service writer noticed that the vehicle have widow chip damaged a scratch in center of front window at behind mirror holder when checked in. Car owner may not recognize their scratch part when she checked in for car wash service. We serviced car wash and detail business in same place for more than 3 decades, WE DID NOT HAVE ANY CASE that window scratch problems, we wash by hand most of car owner fixed chip damage at window, we are performed fully service hand washed car window scratch expended crack related hot temperature valiance.   We decided the case result that I am not responsible items refund or send my insurance policy number. Review: I brought my [redacted] S63 to this car wash and instructed them to wash the car but that I would be next door eating at [redacted] and would be back when I finished. Long story short, I returned about 45 minutes later to find my car door open with the keys in the seat and absolutely no one around out front. I got in but my car would not start and the key would not turn in the ignition at all. I notified a worker ,who pointed out another worker that "drove" it who went and got another work who "drove" it. Eventually management had the owner come speak to me. Almost immediately he goes into a run down about how it's not their fault and they're not liable. I went back and forth about the face that I've NEVER had an issue with the car and I DROVE it here and everything was fully functional. After a while of going back and forth I called [redacted] dealership and they told me it would be $75/hour and whatever the parts cost if that was the issue. I told the owner and he said he wasn't paying for anything. At this point I asked for my money back because I was not happy with the customer service. A mere $28, but the owner also refused and said he would do nothing for me. I mad it clear that the issue definitely occurred while I was away and my car was in their possession and that if we couldn't handle things diplomatically I would escalate the issue if needed (Revdex.com small claims court). He began speaking with the manager in a mix of Korean and English and pointing in my direction but I did make out that he instructed her to do nothing for me. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated and the lack of even the most basic concern for my car once I had already paid for the wash.Desired Settlement: I would like for the cost of fixing this issue with my car that they caused to be covered or at least 50% covered by their company. I think that is more than reasonable.
