Review: The limousine was hired for a Girl Scout troop to take a tour of Christmas lights December 19, 2014. They were to meet us at a restaurant at 6:00 pm. When they did not show up at 6:15 we started trying to get ahold of them. We finally reached them at 6:30. They said someone forgot to put it on the schedule. We were told they would pick us up by 7:00. Which they did. However, we were to get a price break from three hours to two. Original price was to be $842.00. Corrected price was to be $385.00. But when the charge came through it was for the original price quote. I made many calls, text and e-mails speaking to [redacted] and [redacted]. Was told they would check it out and get back to me. I never heard back. I had to call again and again. On 3/2/15 (3 months later) I finally got a text asking to verify the credit card charges and dates, which I answered right back. Also asked for copies of receipts. Heard from them on 3/10/15 and called right back. We agreed to meet at 6:00 3/9/15 for me to get receipts and refund check. [redacted] called at ten minuets be time to meet and canceled. Again we agreed to meets the following morning at nine am. 3/10. No one showed or called. I text twice asking where they were and when I left. Then I text I am done and now I am sending this. I am looking for $191.25 refund plus my receipts. this is from a Not for profit Girls Scout troop of 12 ten year olds.Desired Settlement: Refund check in the amount of $ 191.25 per our agreement plus copies of the credit card receipts.

BEWARE!! I dealt with Kevin in which it took numerous phone calls to reach someone to even make a reservation. Once I was able to reach someone they gladly took my deposit of 50% of charter for our event but couldn't tell us what kind of vehicle we would have and also indicated they didn't know if they would have anything available. A week later I tried again reaching them to see if they could confirm vehicle and it took no less than 6+ phone calls and a weeks time before they returned my phone call. At that point I decided to cancel with them and go with another company that could guarantee a vehicle for our event. Our credit card company asked up to try and obtain deposit with them first. Again, a week of calling and trying to get a return phone call and no response. Our credit card company said they would pursue getting our deposit back. Horribly run company, I would never try to do business with them again.
