Ardent Pest Control Representative Tanner M*** lied to us! He came into my home with his well rehearsed speech about how easy this company is to work with! I was very hesitant to sign a "contract" however he said it was okay because we could cancel at anytime with no penalties! (even though the paperwork says year) Tanner assured us that this company didn't work like that They were different than other companies! What a load of !! Whatever product they sprayed around our home didn't work and when the lady called to confirm the next appointment, I TOLD HER THAT!! She said okay, I will cancel your service! Never mentioned the $they would be taking from my bank account!!!!!
Word to the wise: ARDENT PEST CONTROL PRODUCT DOESNT WORK, REPS ARE LIARS, AND THEY DO IN FACT HOLD TO THEIR YEAR POLICY!!!!

Extremely unhappy with this company. When the sales man came to our door we were already with another pest company that were doing a great job. The sales people were promising better prices so we started to consider switching but were very IFFY about it. My husband specifically asked them if we are not satisfied can we cancel at any time and not have to pay a cancelation and they PROMISED us there would be no cancellation fee. If we were unsatisfied for ANY reason we could cancel and that would be that. so we decided to give Ardent a try. They came out the first time and after it was as if the house hadn't been sprayed at all bugs galore! We decided ok we'll give them 1 more chance. They showed up without notification and sprayed again. Yet again nothing changed. we had to go buy our own spray and re spray the house because we had never had so many spiders in all the years we've lived in the house! we decided we were going to cancel before the next service. Before we had time to try and cancel they SHOWED UP AGAIN WITH NO NOTIFICATION! I called and spoke with Chesly and tried to reason with her that we were LIED to and we just want to cancel and all she kept repeating was sorry the contract says we get a year. SO NOW WERE BEING FORCED TO PAY THIS COMPANY ANOTHER $80 PLUS FOR ANOTHER SERVICE THAT WILL DO NOTHING OR PAY THEM $200 NOW EVEN THOUGH WE WERE PROMISED THERE WOULD BE NO CANCELLATION FEE. We are EXTREMELY unsatisfied with the morality of this company and the service that they provide.
