After reviewing documents I would like to point out that the check was returned and also had no date on it as they had an agreement on extending the 1,depositThe dates on the receipts are a clear proof of the effort of commitment agreementThe disturbing part of this situation is that the car was sold to him knowing that my husband has a California drivers license and can not obtain an Ohio license as he does not have a valid social security cardPlease note that on the contract they have entered his license issued by Ohio which is falseI can provide a copy upon requestI can also provide a copy of my telephone bill with the calls I made to them in effort to come into an agreement after car was repossessed.

I [redacted]i work for Ardi auto imports. [redacted] purchased a 2003 BMW X% on February 7, 2016. The day he purchased the vehicle he gave me a check for five hundred dollars it went thru. The he gave the second check for 1,500 and it declined. I gave him a chance for a month and a half to...
pay his regular payments plus the 1,500.00 for the check that declined but he didn't so that is why I had to repo the car. Also he did't show proof of auto insurance. After I took the vehicle I gave him a call told him how much he was behind to come and pay it and could have his car back but no response.
Mr. [redacted] agreed to the following as part of the Right of Repossession that he signed, "I agree that in the event that I fail to make any payment or if I fail to maintain full insurance coverage as described in the retail installment contract, then you are authorized by me and have the right to take the vehicle back from me, without the necessity of court order or any judicial process." Mr. [redacted] missed multiple payments as defined in the Retail Installment Contract (attached) that he agreed to and signed.
Ardi Auto actions were in compliance with the agreement Mr. [redacted] made with Ardi Auto Imports.
