Please see attached complete claim history as responded to with *** *** shortly after delivery of furniture ordered as made and customer disputed entire transaction amount
Customer making complaint attached is in fact a relative of recipient which runs a cyclical hotel
business on the Jersey shore and all furniture delivered was used since the date of delivery and has been in use since that date and customer would not allow us to piafter deliveryIf they were not happy or they were damaged or not what they ordered, why would they refuse to return it more than months ago right after delivery when we made that offer?
At this point, we cannot allow any returns of furniture that has been in use for over months and in addition, to date, no complaint regarding any damages has been made to our company other than the chargebacks opened with *** ***, each of which was closed in our favor after being investigated by *** *** and in addition to this complaint received from Revdex.com nowLast correspondence we have had from customer was on 5/7/via email Exhibit H on the attached and follcalls from our company thereafter have gone either unanswered or not returned
Seems like this is a simple case of buyers remorse or a case of lack of funds to pay for the what was ordered and used since by the customer and their affiliated relatives who run the hotel business
Hopefully we can bring these fraudulent claims to rest and our company does remain committed to stand behind any legitimate claims as per our warranty

Thank you for your time on the phone today in regards to this matter. As we discussed, I am requesting that this be reopened due to the fact that that the [redacted] only deals With consumer to business cases, not business to business cases.
You told me today that you were going to send this ease up to arbitration, which I am extremely happy about and I am hoping will allow this to move forward.
If you have any questions or problems or if you need me, please do not hesitate to call me at [redacted].

If customer actually had(has) an issue, they would try to contact us instead of the [redacted] as we remain willing to deal with any legitimate claims they may have but to date we have yet to hear from customer. They have had the furniture delivered in good order since 5/1/2013 and have lost 3 [redacted] disputes which they initiated for the full purchase price due to their failure to provide any supporting documentation whatsoever.
We have been in business for a long time and stand behind our products and each and every customers purchase however we cannot do anything for a customer if they are unwilling to deal with us and simply want to not pay for something manufactured to order for them and delivered and installed in accordance with those specifications.
We remain committed to attending to this customer and resolving any of their legitimate concerns.

Review: I am a hotel designer that holds a resale license in New Jersey, and I emailed this company asking if they made and/or sold COMMERCIAL beds because I was interested in possibly purchasing 80 queen beds for a hotel, and 12 single COMMERCIAL beds for the same hotel. They emailed me back stating that they DO MAKE COMMERCIAL products. Unfortunately for me I did not know that this co. had another co. name they go under, which I found under my wholesale directory. That name is [redacted], and this other company name states that they offer "wholesale Prices and commissions to designers, architects and Trades people". The first company name, which is [redacted] in Passaic, AKA Ardin AKA [redacted], did even email to me that they DO offer commissions BUT I never received anything, but aggravation, lies, overcharges, damaged PARTIAL order (i NEVER signed a delivery ticket nor did I sign a credit charge wrote on the first partial order slip that their product was UNACCEPTABLE and it was damaged and NOT what was in the show room!). They even went to MY CLIENT (a day or two before the first partial shipment, and stated that they did not have a lift gate to provide her with "curbside delivery" so they were trying to get an additional $5000.00 for their "white glove delivery".) I called and complained. They called me back and left me a voice mail stating that they had to rent a truck to provide us a liftgate! Once the partial order came, they had 4 beds wrapped in a clear wrap which weighed about 500 LBS. and expected us to take it off of the truck! (My client had to rent a lift.) I saw that the twin beds were damaged and were unfinished on one side, and the queen beds were in worse shape! I called the company's owner and he was unavailable! Then the owner emailed me stating that [redacted] does NOT make commercial products etc. I cancelled all other deliveries! This co. charged my co. 5% more for using an [redacted] card! I went on their site n it says they do make commercial!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on my [redacted], and I am willing to give back all they delivered (which was a partial delivery to begin with). I also want them to pay for my clients lift rental and any other restitution I may be entitled to due to the stress and countless hours I have spent on this issue. [redacted] is just as a fault because it is against their guidelines to charge any client ANY percentage more just for using their card! They have opened up 3 disputes on this issue, so far

Hello and hank you for your time in regards to this matter. I have filed a complaint with the [redacted] because this company is lying about everything that happened. I will let you know what happens next.

Review: We purchased a custom living room wall unit from them. When it arrived there where alignment issues with some of the components. We where told by the installer to let the piece sit for a few weeks and since no floor is absolutely flat they will align the pieces once everything has settled. We called them 2 months later to fix the issues that had not resolved including a door that will not close flush. [redacted], their “customer service” agent was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. He told us to read the warranty that states that they do not guarantee against warping. Despite us trying to explain to him that the piece was never right since delivery, he said he had pictures that said otherwise(not true) and basically hung up the phone.Desired Settlement: I just want the unit to be aligned and doors and draw close properly.
