*** *** is merely repeating the same issues we have already responded to previously There is nothing further that we are willing to do

Our response to *** ***'s complaint is attached If you need any further details please feel free to reach out to me by email or phone.Tod G***Vice President/General ManagerA*** Chevrolet*** work***@a***cars.com

This message is in response to *** *** *** complaint
(ID ***). *** *** did purchase
a battery from us on June 12, and the battery did come with a warranty. On the bill given to *** ***, the
following information was typed in all capital
letters regarding the warranty:
REPL BATTERY. WHEN
PERFORMED AS A NON WARRANTY REPAIR. THIS
REPLACEMENT CARRIES A LIFETIME PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY WITH NO PRORATION AS
LONG AS THE REPLACEMENT IS PERFORMED AT *** OF ***. LIFETIME WRNTY IS NON TRANSFERRABLE. INCIDENTAL
COSTS SUCH AS TOWING, ETC DUE TO BATTERY FAILURE ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS
WARRANTY
*** *** had the replacement battery installed at *** *** Classic Cars. Their service manager
called and spoke to Chip K***, our service manager, before the battery was
installed. Chip explained to the manager
from *** *** that the warranty ** *** is entitled to was only good at
our dealership. As a matter of good will
Chip K*** still offered *** *** a $service credit toward future
service work she might require.
*** *** then spoke to Chip K*** on February 15, and he
tried to explain that if the vehicle had been brought to *** of *** we
would have happily honored the above warranty.
She was not satisfied with his explanation We apologize if *** *** felt Chip was rude
or discourteous in anyway as we are sure this was not his intention The new battery was purchased and installed at
another service facility and thus not covered under the stated warranty. *** of *** will still honor the offer
extended to *** *** of a goodwill credit of $toward future service if
she desires

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: the dealership reported that the cost for the 5;1plan was$669, this shows the credibility of t Mr G[redacted] because I was charged $899.Also when I leased the vehicle, the Mrs A[redacted]s car, it had almost 6k miles on the odometer which is on all the papers.I paid extra cash to drive 15k miles per year for 3 years of a total of 45k miles. The bank [redacted] reported that I was to have only 39k miles at turn back. The dealership also once they received my complaint contacted [redacted] and had them pursued the return of the vehicle, as per [redacted]. Again showing poor credibility on Mr G[redacted] after all I have only been to the dealership 3 times to return it prior to this critical point and no one contacted me because the truth of the deal I was dealt would have been transparent.
As for the plan, it was placed on me because it was supposed to have been beneficial for lease owners. This too was not true as Mr G[redacted] stated after I had a gore blow out I showed up into time because I had addressed the issue on the emergency time it occurred with [redacted] receipts for towing. It was stated that Mr G[redacted] did all to please me except give me a replacement tire or refund for any receipts. If thats closure, as of today I'm still awaiting his call back on what the fake plan s response was. Oh the plan doesn't pay for rims scratched like most dealerships as per [redacted] salesperson Martino. Think about it the likelihood of a person breaking a rimis the same as lightning striking the same place twice. Who in their right mind would have brought a plan that didn't cover their needs, I deserved to be had for $900 plus 3 years interest and to pay for the illustrious Mrs d[redacted] to drive the car on me, a single mom of 3 school aged children. This whole deal was re[redacted] a show of character on the persons starting with Klinger, H[redacted] and the sales division manager as well as the service person and his director. I'm appalled at how they feel that they can treat you anyway and it's my bilge to say " thank you very much". Justice, respect and reimbursement is what is needed.
Regards
[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I don't feel that the offer is what I actually wanted but better than the first one. I should have received a cash payment, but I agreed to the offer not that I frkt it was fair.
Regards,
[redacted]
