*** *** and her husband *** have a loan with us (the company is now known as Ardmore Finance). I am the Manager of Ardmore for over years. They have an open loan with us. Ms*** does not understand the business. She opened this loan for $and built enough
credit with us to where her limit was raised from $160. Her payments were based on payments of $42. She still thinks she is still only at $100. She paid us $on 1/21/2017 (She stated in her complaint that she only paid $but we are an honest business and want to make sure that the correct amount are listed and that are credited to her account . Her payment was the correct amount owed for the installment loan Her balance is only $170. (Ms*** believes that the balance is $240.) She has more payments of $42. After the final payment on this loan, the loan will be paid off
