I ordered a *** Black size 40 by phone and , he stated oh I selected the incorrect one let me change it. And he still sent the wrong item.

I ordered several items from *** where *** are over this site and run this business. Two of the items were their "***". I ordered two of them in the colors I needed for an event and the size I wear. Unfortunately when I received them they did not fit. I returned them based on the return instructions sent with the merchandise and I still have not received a refund. As a matter of fact *** stated in an email that they do not "do" refunds even though it didn't state that on their website nor does it state that in any of the materials I received with the merchandise. I've already returned the merchandise and have proof of return and receipt and I still have not received my money back nor after I sent them the tracking information provided by *** proving I sent the items back along with the fact that it had been delivered and accepted they discontinued communication. He keeps saying that I can choose something else, and I keep telling them I needed bras and the ones they have to offer didn't fit.

I was charged 113.79 for an item that I recieved no confirmation on. Order place 3/3/18 for body wear and the are misspelled words on confirmation page AFTER pymt has been received. CS number *** gives a menu but no matter which option posted u get no live person. It seems to be registered to a name of Alejandro ***.
