I remember you came in and I told you [redacted] honors anything broken and they would take it back and replace it. You had smoked out of it, and I obviously couldn't take back something used. I have contacted my good friend at [redacted], my products are 100% real and authentic. He says if you would have sent it back you would have received a new one,if that is a problem with you you may come back and I'll send it myself and have him replace it. I would also like to mention your never called and no one ever continuously hung up on you. You came in once I stated I couldn't take used products back, and told you [redacted] would be more than happy to take it back.if you tried sending it, and they said no I would love to have the paperwork so I may take it to my official rep.I would love to get this sorted out.
