Area 5 Auto sales

This place is a total [redacted]. We lived very far so we called and agreed on the deal of one car. Then when we came, we changed our mind and chose another car. The manager (who said he just became manager today) agreed on the price for the new car and we were about to finish up the paperwork then he raised the price up last minute, added on another $300 on top of the agreed price. He said he's not the owner and has no authority on the sale price. Yet when I asked him who is the person that have the power to make the deal, he said HE IS. [redacted]??
When you are in a business and dealing with customers, if your company made a mistake with the price, you will still have to honor it to keep the company's reputation, instead of talking like you don't give a damn just because the paperwork hadnt been signed. I can see how this is day-1 for the new manager cuz he only cares about making profit, not the company's reputation. This was totally a waste of my time, took one day off work and then dealt with the last minute price increase, and bad attitude seller. When I told him he's wasting my time, he said he doesn't want to waste his time either. Is that the attitude when taking to a customer when you (or your company) made a mistake on the price??? If only there are negative stars, I would give this place 5 negative stars instead. This is ** and I would never ever come back to this place.

They do bad business. Cars look and sound good until you drive off the lot and then the ** surfaces. We purchased a used 2007 Camry for $5000 and was told there were no major issues with the vehicle to be concerned about. 1 week later the car wouldn't turn on properly and was shaking when in reverse and when the AC was on. Took it to a [redacted] repair place and found out it was the alternator and the motor mounts were cracked which the repair person stated would be nearly impossible for them to not know about. Repairs cost a total of $1200. Don't let them fool you.
