Ms. [redacted], I understand how you would thin* we are both responsible because we are the one that got paid the fee's but that is not how the Towing business wor*s. Filling complaints, especially on here, is not going to get you a refund. I would suggest you file for tow hearing if you feel you were wrongfully towed. If the judge sides in your favor, a refund will be issued by the towing company not us. If you would li*e this discussion to say open that is up to you but I am just explaining the steps you should ta*e in this situation and who is responsible ( all of this is also explained on the receipt that you were given at the time that you retrieved your vehicle from us).
