Review: The business is a hookah bar. A friend and I ordered a hookah, snack and drink. Waitress overcharged the credit card by nearly ten dollars without telling us. We caught her, she refunded the cash and the owner defended her, saying things like we're lucky we got a seat anyway. Totally unacceptable fraud. The business will continue credit card fraud unless authorities do something for them to take it seriously. Owner seems to be [redacted]Desired Settlement: This is credit card FRAUD. Ten dollars from every person is thousands of dollars of stolen money per month. They will steal unless authorities contact them and do whatever is applicable. Ignoring it will just encourage them to keep defrauding clients.
