Mr. [redacted] was on our schedule.  The "Net 7 days" on the estimate was informational, for billing once the job was complete.  Per Mr. [redacted] request his payment was immediately returned on 9/15/17.

I am conflicted with reviewing this company...
I definitely had ups and downs in my experience with them ie:
I had them come to give an estimate, which they did almost immediately, and I was given a price on the spot.
I went in the very next day and paid in full and was given a date approximately 4 weeks out...No problem for me...They are busy this time of year.
I was told they would complete the driveway the last week of Aug or first week of Sept after labor day and then the waiting began.
After a few weeks, I called to verify the date and was promised a return call, which never came...I left a total of 11 messages...None of which were acknowledged or returned.
When I finally reached them...After they had not showed up at the scheduled time frame...I was again promised a return call...Which I never got.
I finally had to threaten to have my check ready to be picked up...Lo and behold...5 minutes later, they called me back.
They came a few days later, and prepared the site...The next week they completed the job and it looks really good, but they did not speak to me the entire time.
Their behavior was inexcusable and they did not even bother to let me know when they were finished.
My garden hose was left unwound and laying on the ground still running and they were gone just like that.
Even though the job was well done, I feel it necessary to leave a negative review, based on the incredibly rude behavior and the length of time I was ignored...And I can assure you, this was not an inexpensive job...They earned more than enough to be civil!
