To Revdex.com and Mrs. [redacted]:After reviewing the activity centering around this complaint, it became obvious to me that our office did not follow proper protocol. All the necessary steps were performed to get Mrs. [redacted] her initial overpayment, but the refund request was not given to our accounting department properly.Therefore, for the inconvenience we have caused Mrs. [redacted]s, I authorized a refund of $620.96 to be refunded to her credit card. To: Revdex.com From [redacted], Coit Operations Manager: On Dec. 17th, I spoke to Mr [redacted] and he related the issue as he sees it (feels we are overpriced and that there should not be that great of a discrepancy between cleaners).
I acknowledged the concern and stressed that I want him to get...
value from our cleaning (especially because he wanted [redacted], but could not get an appt) but could not and would not compete with [redacted] on price. I did research the invoice and found nothing outside of our regular pricing and standards.
He acknowledged that he understood he was under no obligation to complete the work and agreed to the price as quoted.
As an act of good faith I offered to clean an area (that [redacted], a Coit technician, had estimated but not completed) at no charge at a later date in hopes that we could earn his business in the future and he was very happy with that arrangement!
