Business Bureau.I sent my credit card processer all of the supporting documentation including emailexchanges, signatures on pick up slips, style names and color names that [redacted] hasapproved and accepted via email.After the credit card company reviewed the evidence and supporting documentsthey have awarded in my favor and deposited the full amount back into my bankaccount. The credit card company, American Express is a very reputable companyand they will typically side with the consumer if they feel their claim was justified.In this case they did not.I will send you what I sent the credit card processor with all of the supportingdocumentation including emails and acceptance of exactly what they ordered.I would also like to mention Area Floors has been an established company since1967, with an A+ credit rating.
