This account was not a renewalIt was a new account that the customer decided to pay a % discount onHe agreed to paysettle the account outThen we recieved a charge back on the accountI called the customer to ask him why he disputed the transactionThats when he went into the explaination of this being a renewalI tried to reason with the customer but the customer got very rudeI explained to the customer the balance was due and if it wasnt paid that the account will go to third party collectionsAt this time the account is at the third party agencyThe customer will have to work out payment with themWhen a customer orders a subscription through our company, We pay for the subscription up front and the customer pays monthly payments going forwardWe offered the customer % off his balanceWe are not able to lower that settlement and we are not able to cancel the account due to us paying for the subscription and we do not get refundsIf you have questions, feel free to call ###-###-#### Sincerely, Barbie [redacted]
