The “day trial” is very misleading, nothing more than a return within days at your expense policyWhen I ordered I first asked what would it cost to return within the ‘trial’ period and was told probably over $Thinking it couldn’t be too bad I ordered itI think I should have ordered the next size up, so called to inquire about a returnShipping will cost me $700!!!!! More than I pd for the rug!!! I’d highly recommend you shop brick and mortar, close to home!
