Area Wide Roofing

We did not install snow stoppers on this building, we attempted to re seal the existing snow stoppers that were already installed and the owner was made aware there was no warranty for this repairAlso the gutters we installed the owner was informed the existing roof was improperly installed and in need of replacement in order to function properly in conjunction with the rain guttersAlthough we had informed him that there would be no warranty we made several attempts to help out and try to fix the leaks from the current roof at no charge even though we gave no warrantyWe then informed the owner that the current roof had to many issues and again recommended replacement to solve the leak issuesOn both of the other buildings that we installed the roof and gutters on there are no leaks and all is functioning properlyWe do our best to help out but cannot keep returning for roofs we did not install free of chargeAlso we do not believe in charging for repairs that we know will not solve the problem

I am rejecting this response because: They didn't did they office side roof but what happen when they installed snow stopper I came out most of the snow stopper and water is leaking from the screw hole of snow stopper and they did installed new gutter for that roof and it's leaking between Faisal and gutter Thanks

We contracted to complete to new roof on 2 of 3 buildings known as [redacted]. after completion, We were contacted by the property owner regarding an issue with the gutters, this turned out to be damage to the Gutter Glove that we installed. The damage was due to ice dams with are clearly not...

covered in our warranty however we replaced it at no charge to the customer. After this problem was resolved, we were contacted again by the property owner regarding a roof leak, we went to the property and determined that the leak was on the building we did not roof therefore we informed the customer that we would need to charge for the repairs needed to take care of the leak. The property owner did not want to pay for these repairs so they were not completed. Since the leak is on the building we did not roof, it is obviously not covered under our warranty. The property owner has called multiple times regarding this same leak being very abusive to our office assistant. If this were a leak on a building we roofed we would have taken care of immediately however, we cannot continue to make non warranty related repairs without charging the customer.

They work only to get there money they don't care about the work and service
