keys we discused her problem,she stated that she needed her car asap to get to KCMO to go to work,come to find out the car was at her mothers house several miles a way,We called customer told her we are there she called her mom to let her know we would be working on the car,She informed us she had a budget of $for repairs.Upon checking car the battery was dead so we hooked jumper cables to power car,put are alltel computer on car for diagnostics ,we found numerous problems, Bad plugs wires coil packs,talked to customer told her the problems and that they could not be fixed at this location and would have to go to the shop for better testing and would be able to get a estimate for the repairs she ok the tow to our shop.after talking to her from shop to let her know we got it there ok we would put it on lift and call her back with a estimate,come to find out all fuel lines were rusted thru and leaking fuel all over car and floor,took pictures of this and informed customer sent pics,the fuel lines were a discontinued item and would have to special made up as per GM dealer parts DeptTalked to customer started to give her the estimate over the phone she stop me from giving all the problems then informed me she wanted her car back she said she had no money at all for no repairs,I informed her she would have to pay for towing and Dianostics charges and she could come pickup her car.she said again she had no money,told her she would have to pay the minamount to release the carwe worked hours checking her car,.We offer free towing and Diagnostics if the work is done in our shop,so since no work was done we charged her the minimum fee.She called the police said we stole her car but the police just said we were being fare to the customer.after numerous phone calls I told her to come get the car since we knew she could never pay her bill.it is a fire risk with that leaking fuel lines.she sent a guy to get the car,they hooked a chain to it pulled it out,he told me that she wanted him to fix the carthis is the worst customer I have had in yrs in businessThank you *** *** Rush Express Services Owner
