Review: I called a car company. When the driver arrived he took my bag and put it in the trunk. When I got to my destination he drove off with my bag. I tried dealing with the company directly but they are being uncooperative because of the valuable items in the bag.Desired Settlement: I want my stollen property returned with everything in the bag. I do not want to have to press charges against this company and or driver. If I have to I will also be filing a civil suit which then I will want restitution and my legal fees taken care of.

Review: On 6/**/2013, I rode in an Arecibo car and incurred a $42.00 cab ride. I gave the car driver my card and continued to re-swipe my card multiple times and replace the tape with a ripped off piece of credit card tape. I asked the man to stop and he did not. On 6/**/2013, I checked my card statement and noticed that I was charged twice for the same cab ride in the amount of $42.00. I proceeded to call Arecibo, who asked me what time I rode in the car and told me that they found my credit card charge and the driver and would refund the money to me. I waited over two weeks for the refund and it never appeared on my statement. I have since called several times (more than 5 times) to which the office manager is never in the office, I have left messages for the manager to return my call, explaining the issue and my problem, and have not received a call back. I have been hung up on more than once. I am still paying twice for the same car ride. The last time I called, I told them that if I did not hear back, I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I have given this company every opportunity to correct their mistake, to which they have not done so.Desired Settlement: I would like for Arecibo to refund the money which they charged me for services that they did not provide (one more car ride than was purchased). I would also like an apology for the terrible service I received over the phone and the manipulation that their driver put me through. What he did was sneaky, deceiving, and unethical, and not in good business taste.

Review: On the evening of Nov *, Arecibo picked me up at LaGuardia Airport. On the way to Brooklyn Heights, the driver rear-ended the car in front of us because he wasn't paying attention to the road. There was stopped traffic ahead of us and he had ample time to stop if he had been watching the road. We were on the side of a busy, major highway for 30 minutes; both he and I called Arecibo for a replacement card, but none was forthcoming. We hailed a cab that brought me the rest of the way of the home for no charge, but the driver charged me the full fare for the journey, and Arecibo refused to refund it, offering only a $10 refund.

Given the inconvenience and danger as a result of the driver's negligence, I would like a full $35.00 refund.Desired Settlement: Given the inconvenience and danger as a result of the driver's negligence, I would like a full $35.00 refund.
