I am rejecting this response because:
Your argument that you have days to return my deposit is true but with the lease ending as you say on July 31st, days from then would have been September 30thPer Colorado State law return of a deposit is due by the 60th day not afterwardAdditionally, standard mail service delivery per the United States Postal Service is to daysAs of today its days past the date of mailI have contacted my postal office, they notified me there is no disruption or issue with mail delivery to my address areaI have simply asked that a new check be sent overnight and the old check have a stop payment put on it.

The landlord agrees that, subject to conditions listed above, any remaining security deposit will be refunded within 60 days of the termination of this lease. This is 7-31-15. We have fully complied with the terms of the lease and a detailed refund was sent to address as directed within the 60 days. As we stated to you, we can not be held responsible for the US Postal service and their time frame. Mr. [redacted]. The mail resent to the address that you provided was again returned to our office on 10-5-15. The address was confirmed by your Mother and resent overnight on 10-5-15 to the confirmed address.Please let me know if this time the US Postal Service delivered your mail. Copies of all mailing have been retained in our files.Security Deposit Refund was sent within the scope of the 60 day refund requirement.Sandra T[redacted]
