We responded to the message from the answering service from *** *** around 10:pm on March 7, that the power was out at her residence. The resident opted to get a hotel room as they felt the property was too uncomfortable to stay in for the rest of the eveningMany phone calls
were placed to AEP and to an electrician and the end result is that there had been an AEP outage. We did have an electrician on site at the property the first thing the next morning to ensure all was being handled properlyAEP was able to restore power later that morning. While we understand the resident was inconvenienced by the AEP power outage, we are not able to control outages and issues with AEP equipment. Therefore, reimbursement should come from AEP, not the management company

We are sorry that the *** family is unhappy; and understand their frustration in having to moveThe plumbing leak they referred to turned out to require major repairs and a complete rerouteSince the water needs to be cut off and requires extensive interior work, his repair will require the
property to be vacantIt was not the Owner's, nor the Management Company's desire to have the *** move out; but in this situation, it was totally necessary and unavoidableThe Gerdes' will also receive their full Security Deposit due to this unfortunate situation*** *** Manager

Ms*** had come into the office and had a conversation with the staff about moving out. Somehow, Ms***'s perception when she left the office was that she could not go on a month to month basis with her lease and had to move out on the day her lease ended. The staff in the office
absolutely know that residents will need to go on a month to month basis as situation dictates and we accommodate these requests often. Later that day, Mr*** called me and we talked. I explained to him that we certainly would accommodate a month to month status. He said it was a hardship for them to be out on March 31st, and I offered for him to stay for another weeks at a prorated rate with no extra charges for the extension. He thanked me for working with him.Ms*** came in the next day and paid the prorated portion. I asked her why she had filed the Revdex.com complaint when I had settled the situation with her husband. She said she was angry at us and filed it before Her husband and I resolved the situation.I believe that we have tried to show every courtesy to Mrand Ms*** and worked with them on their move-out. I regret the misunderstanding, however, I believe we resolved this situation to the satisfaction of the ***

He did work with us and explained to us that he would prorated the rent and was great fun for our business we will be moving out soon and as of now we are great full for the owner of this business working with us on this matter and being fair.
