I am rejecting this response because: They said they looked up the weather on my delivery dated and found no rain.  This is a lie.  Ms. [redacted] called me today and asked what date was my mattress delivered.  They could not have previously looked up this information ,if they did not have the date. The answered you without having this information.  The receipt only showed my purchased date, not the delivery date.  I also question the lady when she called to make the delivery.  She assured me it would not be a problem. They would make sure the mattress would not get wet.  I would like them to prove they looked up the weather for Carneys Point NJ on that day.  I can prove I have been sick since 9/21/15 by 5 different doctors.  Who looks at the bottom of their mattress every day, week or month.  Most people only look at the bottom of their mattress if they are moving the bed or flipping it.  So how would I know before now?

warranty Rep did open a service file as promised.The warranty Rep [redacted] will try to assist the customer again and will contact them this week.   She will contact the vendor to see if there is anything they can do for them.   The [redacted] asked the store management team for a discount on the bedding if they could not file a claim, but a discount can not be authorized for this.thank you.?

customer and have advised her that if the factory sealed plastic covering is intact with no holes or openings, we will accept the return of the foundation. She may select a different type of foundation that fits up the stairwell or receive a refund.  She has agreed to send photos of the foundation confirming that the plastic covering is intact. I am awaiting the photographs and will most certainly follow up with her upon receipt.  It will not be possible to sell her the split foundation at the same price as a standard foundation. The customer is responsible for paying the difference.
