Review: I and my girlfriend attended the Jazz Age Lawn Party June **, 2015. We got the Bonnie & Clyde package, which includes 2 tickets for your entre with side. This was not, as we discovered when lunchtime rolled around, remotely true. When we spoke to the food vendors, it turned out that they were told the meal tickets were simply worth $8. But the vendors werent selling $8 entrees; most were 10-14. As a workaround, vendors would either offering a sideless meal for the ticket or asking for cash to make up the price difference.We spoke to one of the people working the event. The first thing he did was offer us extra drinks. The package came with 4 alcoholic drink tickets apiece, which was really more than either of us particularly wanted, so we said no. He then said hed see if anything else could be done (apparently its much easier to give us alcohol than anything else) and left, but after 15 minutes of waiting we decided there was no point in ruining our day waiting around for an answer and just took what food we could get. It wasnt really enough; had I known I would have brought some snacks with me.The guy we spoke to said this was a new system, which is an explanation but not an excuse. This is an expensive event that has run for years and there is no reason to promise people something and then not deliver. I am especially irked because, since we went Sunday, you had already had one day of people complaining about this and had failed to come up with a plan to handle future complaints. (While its a far more minor complaint, the description for the non-alcoholic drink tickets was also incorrect, promising things like iced coffee or an old-fashioned lemonade that no one appeared to be selling.)Desired Settlement: Since we were given meal tickets that did not cover a meal and a side, as promised, we would like a refund for the difference between what we received and what we got. Sides were selling for $5, entrees for up to $14 (maybe more), so a meal ticket should have been worth $19. That would mean $11 per meal ticket difference, so we would like a refund of $22.
