7/25/17. If its not removed the Az Bar will be contacted and the Attorney General followed by court action. Be advised that his client admitted under oath that the Notary Stamp on the Deed of Trust was executed without him present , the incorrect name was intentional, that it was back dated.  that it was submitted to the County Recorder twice and the violation related to the community property where  both parties signature was required.  Additionally, I am in possession of the entire recorded testimony his client gave to support the fraudulent Deed of Trust allegation. This is the ex-wife of a former criminal client for Montano Arentz & Associates. Has nothing to do with Arentz Law Group. I think the client used his home as collateral for a payment to Montano Arentz in his criminal case. His ex-wife [redacted] forged his signature while he was in custody and tried to sell his home. Jose M[redacted] hired a lawyer and sued her for civil fraud which Montano Arentz & Associates won. The case number is [redacted] She has tried to set aside the verdict and has been denied numerous times.
