Ares Sportwear is a custom screenprint and embroidery company specializing in the high school sports market.  Mr. [redacted] reached out to us on 3/5 regarding an order for his tennis team.  We did have several interactions with Mr. [redacted] regarding his artwork which isn't unusual for...

us since everything we produce is completely custom.  We worked with him until his artwork was exactly how he wanted it.  His order shipped out ground delivery via FedEx on March 12 (the original ship date) and according to FedEx was delivered to the school on March 14 (which was the promised delivery date as well as the date before his first tennis match).  Attached is the proof of delivery from FedEX for this order.  Customer called on 3/19 to let us know he still does not have his order.  Even though we have proof the order was delivered. we noticed there was no signature on file and immediately entered a new FREE replacement order for this customer.  This was done at Ares expense as FedEx claims the order was delivered to the correct location.  We put a rush on the replacement order and it was shipped out 2 days later on March 21.  We again shipped the package using FedEx, but this time with overnight delivery.  Customer received the new order on March 22.  Attached is a proof of delivery for this order as well.  At this point we believe Mr. [redacted] has his full order in hands.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Mr. [redacted] and his team.  We will be reaching out to him to see how we may further assist.
