I purchased a high res 1080p DVR with a 1 TB hard drive ,it worked for 6 months I sent back for warranty repair video out put did not work,
I was told they send it in for repair ,I waited 8 months for my DVR ,after calling each month, finally they said it was lost and would send me a replacement ,I got my replacement a cheep CP plus DVR with no hard drive .the owner was so rude and said my DVR did not have a hard drive ,that was a out right lie, I sent my unit back intact. they were so rude I could not believe it. I sent back the cheep DVR they had replaced my DVR with ,I want a replacement same model or better .this company is horriable to deal with after 8 months of waiting ,I get a cheep unit with no hard drive ,don't do business with these people. still waiting to solve this matter.
