I made sure this is what you wanted, even had to buy extra material because your home is not squareI'm not willing to redo your stuff or repurchase your material again, you were happy before I left or even got paid for the jobI'm sorry that you second guessed yourself,
you said this was wonderful, if something came loose I'm willing to put more screws in it, but I'm not redoing everything, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:The statements made by [redacted]l are false and misleading.  Issues with the job were brought to [redacted]l's attention multiple times. The job took longer than projected and was completed while we were out of town. [redacted]l was paid in good faith that all of the problems and poor work brought to his attention prior to our leaving town would be corrected. Upon our return we immediately contacted [redacted]l regarding our disapproval of his work. He ignored our attempts and was then contacted by the realtor who referred him because he was aware of [redacted]l's work location. [redacted]l returned to our home and was made aware of all of the project issues and conceded that the workmanship was poor and agreed to return to fix all of the problems. [redacted]l did give us the excuse that our home was out of square.  However, any good professional understands that no home is square. He made the poor professional decision to have all materials cut off site instead of being cut to fit the specific measurements of our home on-site. Due to this decision [redacted]l incurred additional expense because of the ill fitting pre-cut soffits and poor cuts made to the fascia boards. The pictures attached will show very clear and obvious examples of the poor workmanship executed on this job. The poor work performed by [redacted]l immediately started to show defects and began to fall. The images will show how he clearly used caulk to fill in and cover up poor cuts, poor execution and a lack of professionalism. This project was completed less than seven months ago and as you can clearly see there are major structural and attachment issues with our roof. The resolution that we seek is a full reimbursement.  We hope that [redacted]l will take this opportunity to be professional and honest, and be willing to exercise the kind of integrity it takes to admit when you're wrong and make it right.  Please review the attached photos which show only a few of the issues we are seeing.Thank you, [redacted] and J[redacted]

What I can do is put more screws in. I'm not changing anything out, I will insert more screws in it and it will be fine.
