My business was looking for some capital and broker sent my file to Argent Funding Group company
I was contacted by David S on Wednesday January *** 2020 that he got my business approved for business loan in a amount of $45,000.00. . David S is CEO of the company Argent Funding Group, he said that only thing I need to do is to sign a letter of intent to fund and forward 5% of the loan amount upfront to get contract moving forward. Everything was done accordingly and I sent via Zelle $2250.00 to get this deal done. The deal was never done and I can't get my deposit back as of now even though after numerous attempts from my side resolve the issue peacefully , David S answered me on February *** that I will get my deposit back within a week. Today is March *** and he is not responding and no refund. Please help
