This business needs to be closed down! My husband ordered a $arrangement of the "Premium" category offered on line (for a total cost pf $71)Instead of long stem roses I received small, short stem ones with tiny carnations and a large polka dotted bow to hide the fact that it was so inadequate in flowersMy husband could have paid $at our local grocery store and got the same arrangementWhen he called this business, Larry, the owner, was too busy to come to the phone to listen to our concerns! My husband complained to the on line company and another arrangement of dozen long stem roses twice as big as the first arrangement was delivered by a different flouristDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Our friends who live all the way in the Vermont ordered us some flowers and a stuffed animal as a surprise after finding out we are expecting our first child. When they came with the delivery, no one was home so they left it at our neighbors. The neighbor came and said they delivered our package soaking wet. I called and told them that I would like a replacement stuffed bear as this one is drenched, the man on the phone said " No that's not gonna happen, you're not getting a new one because you weren't home!!!" REALLY!!! So as my patience was wearing down and as he rambled on I said, excuse me sir, a customer is calling you with a complaint about your product that we are not pleased with and this is your response ? He said" apparently you don't know how to listen. "Such outrageous behavior from the owner of this company, Mr [redacted] ( yes I asked with whom I was speaking to) is unacceptable and I wish our friends had gone through someone more reliable! I Don't know how somebody, the owner at that, could be SO RUDE and I canno imagine how they have managed to stay in business. AVOID THEM!!!
