Review: Good afternoon I am filing a complaint for the fact that I haven't received my money back. Because I was going to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, as I currently live out of state in Huston. I was told by the person that I was making the deal for the car that I needed to send $1,200 dollars for down payment! once I sent the money and deposited into [redacted] acct, they mailed over the contract to me to sign but as I was reading through the contract in no way did it show the $1,200 dollars I had sent over. So, I was skeptical to even sign this contract Mr. [redacted] which was the one I was dealing with told me that it wasn't going to show in the contract because the dealership charges $1,000 to get you approved for a vehicle in NO instance did I ever sign anything which mentioned such thing and I didn't sign the contract either, since I decided not go ahead with the deal. also since there was a form in therethat had a blank space that said "I OWE" with no amount in it, I decided not to go ahead and I told them I wanted my money back. I spoke to the [redacted] the person who got me approved and I told him I wanted my money back,. He said he made out a check out to Mr. [redacted] since Mr. [redacted] said that [redacted] took out $500.00 for his fee. If I didn't sign anything and I didn't go ahead with the contract why did he keep my money? I have been trying to contact Mr. [redacted] for the past 5 days and he doesn't answer my calls. I would like further investigation about this Scam and ripping people off.Desired Settlement: I would like my full amount refunded to me. and I want this place investigated for Scamming people, selling used cars and charging them money to get people approved.
