I am rejecting this response because: Argive Roofing has not
been working with me, as they saidThere has been no response from themThere was one phone call when I first threatened to report them to the Revdex.com after my initial phone calls were not returnedIn that one phone call from them, I was told they would repair my leaking roofBy emailing them, I have been unable to obtain a date when the work will be done, just a vague responseTheir response to the Revdex.com was that it will be taken care within the next couple of weeksIs my roof supposed to leak until then?

We have been working with the customer to get it remedied. Sometimes the customer does not even remember a phone call we had with her the day before. We will get it taken care of over the next couple weeks. Thanks.
