Review: On December **, 2014 we had Argo Plumbing do our gas conversion. Ever since our daughter was born in January , we've experienced no heat or no hot water. It happened about 8 times in a span of a month and half. We had a newborn baby in here house and this couldn't be happening. Everytime that it happened we would call for service which they could never determine the problem. They would always say what they thought it was and hoped it would be fixed. However, time after time they couldn't figure it out. Many different members of Argo Plumbing would come and give a different opinion. One of the owners yelled at my wife in our house because she was frustrated and he couldn't give her the answer to fix it. We have had two plumbers come in to tell us what is wrong and they both said the same thing. When we called Argo Plumbing to tell them and to fix it ( because we spent a lot of money to get this gas conversion) they said that wasn't the problem and to go with another company. They started to get nasty with us. They also offer 24/7 service however they told us they would not come in the middle of the night if we had no heat. I would never deal with Argo Plumbing again or recommend them to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a full refund for our gas conversion for all the hassle they have put us through so that we can have a professional plumbing company fix there problem.
