are typical among New York City property management companies in our market, and these types of fees are paid by thousands of people each year going through the closing process for an apartment sale or refinancingThe fees that *** *** references in his independent research are not relevant, as they are from brokerage, and not management, companies. This management company is not only inept but corrupt. They were are management company and caused us to fail to comply with Local Law 11 for two cycles. As a result, we were fined by the Dept. of Bldgs. We received other DOB and ECB violations and requested that they have it resolved. We have emails where Argo said the violations were handled. They lied. We subsequently received more fines on top of the existing fines. Argo cut checks issued to prior board members for thousands of dollars without requesting or having appropriate back-up to substantiate the request. We have shareholder security deposits that have now disappeared and Argo still has not told us where thousands of dollars went. They will do nothing but tell they are handling issues when in fact they do nothing. When we terminated their contract, they held our co-op funds hostage for over 60 days. They left us with no money to pay for needed services and we had to beg vendors to work with us. Argo should be investigated!

Review: I am constantly billed a late fee and a fee for storage unit in my building and I have contacted the building manager and have written several letter to the management company with no answer from anyone. I have paid for the storage unit in December, but it is on my bill as past due + late fee every month (same situation last year was not resolved until September after me having to call every month starting January). I am billed a late fee every month even when my payments are NOT late - i.e. last month's check was cashed on the [redacted] of the month, but I still have a late fee. This month's bill states "includes received payments as or 6/**" and it has past due amount of last month's maintenance plus a late fee while I have a check that was cleared on 6/* This same story EVERY MONTH I cannot get an answer from anyone at ARGO!!!Desired Settlement: It would be nice to receive a correct bill or at least get a response from someone at ARGO so they can explain to me what I am doing wrong as far as paying for the storage locker and how to avoid a late fee when the bill is received on the [redacted] with a due date of the [redacted] and the only way to pay it is to mail a check....
