DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTELNow that I have read past reviews I see this hotel has a long history of ripping off guestsHere's what happened to meAbout a week prior to us leaving for our trip I was concerned that I had not seen a confirmation email from the hotelI called the hotel and asked them to confirm my reservation for meJade in reservations said I didn't have one and the property, in fact all of their properties, were sold outI told her approximately when I booked (August) and had her look under my maiden name and new married name to check all possibilitiesI was so worried we would have no place to stay if the whole city was fullLuckily, after about minutes on the phone Jade was able to make accommodations and get me a roomI was so grateful and we had a great stayLesson learned for me, if you don't get a confirmation right away call the hotel to make sureIt wasn't until two weeks later I saw an extra charge of $Canadian on my credit cardI called the hotel to look into itI got a call back from Lenny who said I booked two reservations and I was a no show for one so I got the charge since he had to hold the room vacantI explained the mix up and he did not believe me that I had asked Jade to look under my maiden name(Of course when I am looking at the possibility of no place to stay I would have looked into every possibility to find that reservation that I was sure I booked.) He did not apologize for the mix up and refused to refund me the moneyHe said it was my mistake and he can't do anything about itI got an email from the owner and he won't be refunding my money, basically saying he didn't believe that I asked to look under my maiden nameI can't believe the injusticeIt is a terrible stain on the memory of the tripNEVER TRUST THIS HOTELRead all the reviews of other people that have been treated in the same waySome person had their car damaged by the valet and they basically called him a liar on TripAdvisorThis is how they work
