Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have maintained consistency in all responses since I first addressed the Argus regarding their invoiceThe Argus has failed to submit the documentation that I had the legal right to request, they have also been inconsistent with their responses, and failed to offer any legitimate basis for their invoiceUltimately, I never requested their service and any service they state they performed is at minimal alleged and/or a fraudulent attempt for a sales rep to reach their goalsPlease see the attached document in which I have outlined their failure to respond and inconsistencies in this complaintI am asking that at this point the Revdex.com make a determination based off all facts and statements made in this complaintIn doing so, I am happy to answer any questions you may have in making a determination or respond to any requests needed to do soThe resolution I originally requested remains Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I have reviewed all my folders including spam in my
email and I have not received any email communication from the Argus Observer regarding this Revdex.com ComplaintThe last communication received was the one described in and prior to filing a complaintTheir response in the hub is vague and does not offer any specific resolution, stating: “Please see my request in the email to not continue with this complaint.” Due to the fact that I have not actually received an email by accepting this vague statement, I have absolutely no idea what they want me to agree to(I have attached a screen shot showing my email search for their company and it shows the date of the most recent contact with their company.) Therefore, I cannot accept their responseFurthermore, I would like to add that in addition to not receiving an email communication, I did not receive any requested documentation as requested within days to substantiate the invoice they have tried to force me into paying for services I never requested or contracted to have performedI would like to see this resolvedHowever, if the company has not submitted any viable solution, email regarding solution or uploaded documentation in reference to a solution… my only course at this point is to reject their responseSeveral of their employees have my email, their publisher has used my emailIt would be appreciated if they would verify it was sent to the correct email address, I understand that sometimes clerical errors may occurPlease resend it to the proper email address or upload a screen shot of the email so I may actually review it and make an informed decision as to whether or not this has been resolvedThank you.

Please see original responseNothing more to add other than.....We deal with other reputable businesses every day and deal in "good-faith" agreements for advertisingOn occasion we encounter a business that is not as reputable and does not deal in "good-faith". *** ***Revdex.com REsolutions ConsultantThe Argus Observer is the daily newspaper for the Western Treasure Valley serving Payette and Washington Counties in Idaho and Malheur County in OregonThe Independent Enterprise is the weekly newspaper located in Payette Idaho.As publisher of these newspapers we have been very supportive of the Revdex.com and even publish a regular column from your organizationI have been part of the newspaper industry for over years and I'm very proud to be part of an industry that is very reputableThis is the first complaint I have received from the Revdex.com in my newspaper career.We deal with other reputable businesses every day and deal in "good-faith" agreements for advertisingOn occasion we encounter a business that is not as reputable and does not deal in "good-faith". The sales rep, Tina M***, is a very seasoned sales personTina believes that the ***s purchased advertising in "good-faith" and she published an advertisement for their business, Hook and Bows, based on that purchase. As with any advertiser issue, the sales rep needs to work for a resolution firstWhen Tina was made aware of the issue, she tried reaching out to Ms*** to resolve the issueMs*** refused to communicate with her. Based on Ms***'s statement to me that her "husband thought it was a good idea" and Tina's documentation of the sale, I am requesting that the Revdex.com discontinue this complaint

Ultimately, I never requested their service and any service they state they performed is at minimal alleged and/or a fraudulent attempt for a sales rep to reach their goals. Please see the attached document in which I have outlined their failure to respond and inconsistencies in this complaint.
