Date: 2/15/2017I received a request for AKC papers on 12/7/at this time there was a LATE fee to register the dog with the AKCThe *** family had months to request AKC papers.On 1/5/registered the *** family pup and sent picture via cell text for proof.1/11/sent a picture via
text showing that the papers were here and asking for the Cost to be paid.The late fee was 65.00, puppy folders 15.00, puppy fee 2.00, online litter fee total 107.00Our contract does NOT claim we are responsible for AKC registration fees especially at the last minute.called the *** family and left a message Sunday 2/12/asking for a return call.No response to date.After reading the contract set forth between both parts the pup was spayed before the six month day contract.We have decided to mail the papers with no charge providing this matter and my personal health information is dropped.In most states, you can be sued for publishing private facts about another person, even if it is trueThe term "private facts" refers to information about someone's personal life that has not previously been revealed to the public, that is not of legitimate public concern and the publication of which would be offensive to a reasonable person
