Arhaus Manhattan

The customer purchased a trestle table from Arhaus. In our stores, this table is presented with chairs, and in a configuration such that the chairs fit under the table. The customer chose chairs that apparently do not fit under the table in the configuration he desires. There is no
defect with the table, or the chairs. Arhaus will not accept a return of the chairs because they have custom fabrics on them, and more importantly, because there is no manufacturer’s defect - this is a customer preference issue. Arhaus has worked with the customer and agreed to permit him to re-select new chairs that would fit. He has been advised that if there is additional cost because the newly selected chairs are more expensive, he would be responsible for the difference. The re-selection process is currently being worked through and has not yet been completed
