This company should be ashamed of how they "conduct" business and should really get a big fat zero. I hope they get sued royally one day for what they put their customers through. To make a very long story short, I will just sum up the whole experience with a few key points.
Arhaus does not remotely care about the customer as they:
•Do not reply to emails
•Do not call back when messages are left
•Did not reorder items promised, only to find out two weeks later b/c of an in person check
•Did not help assist with items once arrived to store (items were sent to them from the warehouse before taking home due to an issue prior). I had an injury and although I asked if someone else could help my husband since I could not properly, we were told no...AND so that was the last straw for me and my hubby. We chose not to purchase anything-leaving the items there- and will never order another thing.

*The entire experience was pathetic, except of course for when the original purchase was made and an account was opened through them (which is when they display their phony charm). Not worth my time ever again! Lesson learned.
