Review: a month ago I went to pay my cell phone at this store , my service was with simple mobile , at the time I was surprise that the lady took my phone and proceed to open the battery case , but I thought she just want it to make sure that the cell was good . immediately I made a phone call to my brother and he was surprise that I had change my phone #, I went back to the store and asked the lady why I have a new phone # , she grab my phone again I told me she will fix it , and supposedly she did . after a month pass I when to another store to pay mi bill again , after a few hours my phone was disconnected ,y try to make another payment to see if it work , but nothing , I contact customer service and they inform me that was account was not longer with simple mobile but with go smart mobile . I went back to the store and ask the lady why she change my service carrier without my permission she disregard my complaint and toll if I want her to change the service I have to pay again , she was very rude . I try to connect my phone again but they told me I have to pay for the sym card the lady stole from me . what I want is ARI cell inc refund me $85 dollars that I had to pay for re installing my simple mobile account . they change my service without my consent and at the end I had to spent money for something that I did not ask for.Desired Settlement: I want ARI cell inc to refund me $85 dollars I had to pay to re install my simple mobile account.
