of contract renewal, the customer’s representative reached out to him to discuss his intentions to renew, considering the customers hardships and payment history. Since the customer decided to renew, we went on providing many hours of consultations and content development according to the customer’s requests and liking. The time and investment put into the website surpassed the usual work we do on account as such and we believe we have fulfilled all of our obligations under this contract. Please be advised that we have proactively reached out to the customer and offered him a significant payment reduction through a payment plan that is close to what the customer has offered. We care about our customers and are looking forward to resolve this situation in a mutually satisfactory way.

At ARI, we always do our best to service or customers. His business had agreed to our terms of service online, and we provided the customer of documentation of this contractual agreement. After providing the customer with this documentation, the customer claimed to have been requesting a...

cancellation for months. We asked for him to send over the emails he claimed to have sent, and he did not produce documentation of a previous request to cancel his service with ARI, so he had an obligation to pay for the remainder of his contract. He refused to pay and asked us to contact his attorney, which we did in hopes of coming to a resolution. We shared the documentation of the contract with his attorney, and received no further communication. We would welcome an opportunity to help this customer resolve their cancellation issues, but with no further communication from the customer or his attorney, we have no further recourse but to attempt to collect on their past due payments.
