I want to explain the *** complaint to you in detailThe initial meeting with Ms*** was to identify a mold issue in her home. Upon further discussion she had an issue with her foundation in the kitchen. We contracted to fix the foundation and remediate the mold.
When we started the job we identified the mold under the floor of the bathroom and further action was necessary to remediate it. We then found that the entire foundation was unsalvagable due to termites and dry rott. I explained to Ms*** that it would take $20,to tear down her addition and redue it correctly. She was unwilling to do so. So we discussed not doing anything with the foundation and focusing on the bathroom. We found the floor in the bathroom and walls were rotten. The ceiling was falling down. The plumbing was leaking. So we decided to take care of the identified issues in the bathroom in lieu of the foundation work. We reinforced the bathroom floor, ripped out the existing subfloor, removed the toilett and sink, fixed the walls, repanneled the walls, painted the bathroom with one coat, fix the ceiling that was falling down. Ms*** had a budget of $2,850.00. We rectyfied all of the obvious issues we could as seen in the photos. We were willing to go back and install new lanolium and also another coat of paint in which we purchased. She does not want us back in the home for an obvious reason of trying to get what we did for free and giving her money back. Please refer to reciepts and pictures. How can we rectify this issue

I have a messages from when the arrangements were first made for a new cup and refund that didn't state anything about returning the ruined cup Had the original message stated I would have done that I expect my refund I really don't want to go to court over $I would like this resolved civally and so we can part ways

I am not upset I am beyond angry.  Yes, I get the Al saws final but it was YOUR FAULT FOR A CRAPPY JOB ON ENGRAVING.  I WILL CONTINUOUSLY SEEK TO GET MY $20.00.  This is not how a business is ran.  Own up to YOUR mistake and refund my money.  Court costs a lot more and I have all the proof I need staying my refund would be sent at same time as a new yeti cup in an initial message sent from you.  Give me my $20.00

In response Mrs. [redacted] last response, we unfortunately  can not change our stance. We do understand where she may be frustrated, from what she perceives as lack of communication.   We will still honor the $20 refund offer as long as it is within the 30 days as we stated in our last response from May 24th. After the 30 days we can no longer honor the offer.   Again we point to the fact that we have an "All Sales Final" policy that we broke to try to rectify the situation. The message she refers, stating we never told her she would have to return the cup, also can be pointed out that we never asked her to discard it. It is rare that a company we refund or replace a defective product and not ask for the defect to be returned. We also again point that this was not originally a mail order sale, yet we paid to mail the replacement cup and prepaid for the return package. Mrs. [redacted] expressed no desire to not have to return the defect until after she received her replacement.   We sincerely apologize that Mrs. [redacted] is dissatisfied, but feel we have spent appropriate time and resources on the resolution and so at this time we consider the resolution closed.   Thank You, [redacted]
