During this unbelievably hot summer the temperature in my master bedroom, which also serves as my home office, was so high, that it was almost impossible to work there. As the result of this hot one of my monitors got burnt out. I decided that without an A/C I'll be unable to continue working there. So I started to research the web trying to find a decent company to install a mini split A/C. Without having any prior experience with such contractors, I just called a few first shown in the google search in my area. One of them was Ariana Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. The guy I spoke to, Hamid, was ready to come by to my house the same day. He answered all my questions, checked very thoroughly possible locations of the installation, suggested a few options and we agreed that if I decide to go with him, I'll let him know. In the meanwhile I got offers from other companies and one of them was very competitive. I got back to Hamid asking whether he can beat the price and he suggested some options. What was the most amazing is that he found a time to come to my place again and showed me the A/C which he was going to install in my house had I decided to go with him. He explained to me every detail of the unit, of the work that should be done, of the warranty and everything else. I had a lot of questions and Hamid was very patient, polite and professional. I felt he really cared about his work, the name of his company, he demonstrated reliability and accountability. So I decided to use his services for this work. And I don't regret. Hamid came on the date and at the time as we agreed, made a perfect job, cleaned everything after him and left me with an excellent customer experience. Only 2 weeks passed since the installation, so I don't know how the unit will function in the future, but I feel very confident that if I need Hamid to come and fix an issue (if any), he will do it on the best side. Top marks to Hamid. After an unscrupulous larger Maple Ridge heating firm did a routine service to my furnace and ac unit recommending a new furnace due to a cracked heat exchanger (it wasn't) I asked Hamid to give me a quote for a Carrier furnace since my old furnace was a 20 year old unit. His price was very reasonable, his work was quick, install was clean looking and he was very professional. Being a plumber myself I have seen bad companies and it is refreshing to see an honest hard working fellow like Hamid. I will definitely call him again to do any future work when/ if needed.

Unfortunately the unit wasn't working correctly. We called Hamid again to help us run some tests, and when we determined that it would require another site visit, Hamid came back at his earliest and quickly reprogrammed the furnace unit. It's working impeccably now. No charge.
