At this time, I have been contacted directly by Wedding Plaza regarding complaint ID [redacted] however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The company has contacted me to go over the issues (once again) that were causing the delay of my wedding albumWe had gone over these issues several times before, I still do not understand why these same issues do not get resolvedI was told by Pat that the resolved issues were sent to the design department I am now still awaiting for a design of my wedding album from the Wedding Plaza design department for my approval.In conclusion, no progress has been accomplished since I initially opened this complaint with Revdex.com on July **, In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: My complaint has not nearly been resolved That's great that they say they're re-designing the parent albums and I do hope that's true I really do But the fact remains that to date, I still have never seen our wedding video from years ago There has been no estimated date of delivery for that video, no matter how often I reach out to the company, which is weekly I have never heard from the videographer or post-production house, in regards to an eta for video deliver and I continue to get blown off when I ask for an actual date I have sent them every single thing they have asked for regarding music, photos and any other information to complete this video from May of and yet, I still have no deliverable or even an estimated date of delivery In addition to the parent albums, that were originally delivered with a misaligned photo in them (which is why they are hopefully being corrected now), I am still awaiting a wedding video that we've never seen any footage of but had paid for prior to our actual wedding in May or prints that we are owed So no, this is not yet resolved In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

itself and so much moreThere was no "service" sold - it was an advertising listing on a marketplaceVery rarely do listing services or advertising services offer refundsWe did offer a 33% refund and an extension of the contract free of charge, but instead of a discussion *** challenged the charge (which she promptly lost because we submitted the contract, please see attached) and posted it to Revdex.comWe want our customers to be happy with our product, but as a small startup we can't offer refunds - after multiple implementation and customer success calls - to companies that won't work with us to be successful."Below are two documents:1) Our signed contract with ***, which is very straightforward

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].. 
Attached I have provided further evidence that the service purchased was not delivered as warranted. Specifically, I would like to highlight the following: 1.       In the email attached from [redacted] dated October 13, 2016, he indicates “In the past 3 months, we've received 125 requests for accounting & bookkeeping, so we've been actively seeking additional vendors to service all of these requests.” In the 2 months since I engaged this service, I have seen no requests for accounting and bookkeeping services.  2.       Subsequent to our signing up with the service, I reached out to our account manager [redacted] to discuss possible ways to remedy the current lack of traction from the service. [redacted] was unresponsive. Therefore, I reached out to the original sales manager [redacted] who put me in touch with the Founder, [redacted]. [redacted] said he would follow up on the unresponsiveness as well as admits “You are the TOP search result for your category” in the December 2, 2016 email. 3.       On December 19, 2016, I followed up with the Founder, [redacted] saying that we are still not receiving any traction from the platform and no new bumps in activity. I have requested a refund in full. On December 21, 2016, [redacted] responds noting that “we are discussing internally on how to treat refund requests that are not in the contract. We of course do not want unhappy customers, but also want to make sure we follow a strict procedure. We should have a fair policy in place by next week (our finance team is out of the office until Tuesday) and will retro-actively apply it to your account.I completely understand your frustration and expect we'll be able to come to a fair conclusion on this.”  Thus it is clear to us based on the above as well as the attached emails that Ventureapp does not have a defined refund policy for clients. 4.       On December 29, 2016 [redacted] proposed a compromise that we felt was unsatisfactory for us. While we did contest the charge on the credit card and the credit card company closed that case. The reason the case was closed was based on their finding that the provider did offer a resolution even though it was unsatisfactory to us and we did not accept the proposed resolution.

resolve this complaint, they have not done so yet and this is day 5.  I am still without the video or albums or prints and I have only received one phone call from the business since this complaint was submitted.  That call was full of promises, as usual, but zero delivery on the businesses behalf.  I would still like to receive the deliverables I am owed and have been owed for over 3 years now.
