Review: July [redacted] 2013 I've found that I have 2 names and new address with bad public record on my credit file from TransUnion at car dealer.July [redacted] 2013 I called a TransUnion for dispute above record in my credit file and explained to rep and supervisor. Transunion customer service rep provide me a number for the court. July [redacted] 2013 I called Manhattan Civil Court to find about Docket# [redacted] (Bankruptcy case). Court clerk provided me with Attorney name [redacted] in Brooklyn with Tel# ###-###-####. Court clerk name [redacted] told me call this number and discussion about it. If it's not you he will help you. I called a number from court clerk and speak with [redacted] (Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt LLC). [redacted] told me [redacted] is no longer working in this law firm quitting 2 years ago. Also I called a TransUnion and discussion this matter with customer service and supervisor. Supervisor told me call to court we'll go to send a letter to plaintiff name [redacted] (Lawyer). I've searched google and finally I have a right number. Lawyer [redacted] is confusing me to another client ...However, I provided with Docket# in manhattan civil court and need a helping from him. However, [redacted] said, I did not file this. Do not discuss with me and hang off the phone. Now I don't know what to do and tons of stress now. I don't want to live with 2 different name and adresses with bad public record. Already damange on my credit score and more.Desired Settlement: I want to hear from him ([redacted]). Sorry for insulting and ignoring also his mistaking to file on the court. It must fix by [redacted]. Becasue he ( [redacted]) filed for his client name [redacted].

I was retained by a client to enter a judgment against [redacted] in NYC Civil Court. This was completed on 12/**/12. Apparently, the credit reporting agency, Transunion, got confused and listed that judgment against an individual named [redacted], who is clearly a different individual. [redacted] contacted me to inform me of this situation, but moreover to repeatedly accuse me of damaging his credit report. I explained to him that I do not report individuals to credit reporting agencies, and in fact do not have the ability to do so. I further explained that [redacted] should contact Transunion directly to explain Transunion's error, in order to resolve the situation. [redacted] did not understand what I was saying, despite the fact that I explained it to him 3 times in a manner that I thought he would understand. However, he kept accusing me of damaging his credit report. He needs to contact Transunion to resolve Transuni on's credit reporting error. I am unable to help him in resolving a problem that I did not create, nor will I help someone who prefers to accuse first and think later.

Tran union blame it who filed on Manhattan court.

Manhattan court clerk gave me an Attorney [redacted] information and advised to me to call him and discuss with an Attorney name [redacted].

I've received letter from Transunion this week about my dispute. Transunion is needing more time to resolve this issue.

Tran union blames who filed against me on the Manhattan civil court.

I'm thinking now to bring this issue to NJ small court for same amout $20,562 (showing on my credit record that I don't even know anything about it) Also the Tran union(I filed Revdex.com case with them) too.

[redacted] is an Attorney and who is starting filed againt me on my credit report that informatin is wrong.

Currently, Wrong mistake public record filed by an Attorney [redacted], huge damaged for mentally and financially.

Also, Insulted and Ignored for ethical committee and disciplinary committe.

Before I called an Attorney [redacted], I spoke with a Tranunion that blames against one who ([redacted]) field wrong information to court.

Based on court record it should be my record that I don't even know anything about among those lawyers.

I don't know anybody on above names till I've received my credit report from Auto dealer for buying a new car.

1)Once again, Before I called to this lawyer name [redacted] . I've called Transunion that Transunion rep requested public record from a court and more documentation from [redacted] (Lawyer and Plaintiff)

Also Transunion rep and supervisor said that They are going to send more information from [redacted] (Lawyer and Plaintiff and who is client of Attorney [redacted])

2) Before I called this lawyer. I made the several phone called to Manhattan civil court and then spoke with a court clerk.

Court clerk gave me an attorney's name and phone number who field against me Also court clerk said you can call and explain it what happen to that Attorney who filed against me.

3) Before I called this lawyer, Actually I found the person name [redacted] (Lawyer and sitting in my credit report) and left a message in his lawyer office.

4) I called lawyer name [redacted] office number provided by court clerk record requesting office. [redacted] has been moved and no longer in that law firm.

5) Finally I found the right number of an Attorney name [redacted] office.

6) When I say "hi" [redacted] said "hi" [redacted] ......... He thought I was his current one of client.

7) After I gave an attorney for Docket Number [redacted] with brief exploitation for few seconds.

8) Few seconds later, Attorney [redacted] is starting to blame Transunion and said do not call me for this matter.

9) I don't have a chance to say anything to an Attorney [redacted] Because Attorney [redacted] was cutting off

10) Attorney [redacted] said Do not ask me anything if you say something I'll hang off the phone and keep saying call the Tran union.

11) I tried to explain it. I already spoke...cutting off by [redacted] one strike listen to me... two strikes, please ...okay three strikes he hang off the phone.

Once again I made an online dispute from Transunion website and before I called an Attorney [redacted]. Transunion supervisor said I better call the person who against on the court.

I called the court, court clerk said call the Attorney who against you. That's why I called an Attorney [redacted] for asking and needing a some help.

Eventually, I 've ignored and insulted by him. Therefore, I'm thinking that file to supreme court appellate for ethical committee.

I just need a correct information and apology from him. I don't even have a chance to say anything to him. However, Attorney [redacted] state that "Accuse first and think later"

I'm requesting an another apology from him for why he said that and what should be that I can do more from now?

I entered a judgment in New York, on behalf of my client, [redacted], against [redacted] (Civil Court of the City of New York, NY County, Index #[redacted]). I never reported this judgment to any credit reporting agency.

Apparently, Transunion has listed this judgment on the credit report of an individual named [redacted].

[redacted] has repeatedly accused me of reporting him to Transunion. This is incorrect. I do not have the ability to report any individual to a credit reporting agency (I am not a debt collector, although I do do judgment enforcement work). In any event, there would be no reason for anybody to report [redacted] to a credit reporting agency if he is not the debtor. Obviously, Transunion has made an error.

[redacted] is unable to understand this. His dispute is with Transunion, not with me, [redacted], or [redacted] (apparently, he has bothered all of us). I tried explaining this to him 3 times during the course of his phone call to me two weeks ago, but he just kept accusing me instead of listening to what I was saying and trying to understand it. I tried to explain the situation to him at a level that he would understand, given his limited intelligence, but I finally terminated the call when he continued to accuse me of reporting him to Transunion.

At this point, it is hard for me to believe that [redacted] is as stupid as he sounds, and I think he may be escalating the dispute (e.g., by threatening me with a lawsuit) in order to extort me into providing free legal help for him in his dispute with Transunion. I will not be extorted in this manner. [redacted] needs to contact Transunion and resolve his problem himself. If he continues to bother me with this matter, which has nothing to do with me, I will have no choice but to sue him for harassment and defamation.
