I said the water seems to be better but it was only me in the houseThe previous water heater was the same and the faucet on the outside has nothing to do with the water heater

Attention: Dispute Resolution Department re: *** *** complaint Our records show that *** has been a customer since On July, 8, we furnished and installed a gallon gas water heater with an expansion tank returned on December 3,
for rust in hot water to tub/showerThe plumber removed the expansion tank thinking it may have been defectiveMichelle is to call us on December 10, to let us know if that took care of the problemOn December 10, *** stated that there was no more rust so we returned on January 5, to install a new expansion tankReceived a call on March 3, complaining of rust in the water againAt that time an evening appointment with the master plumber was scheduled for April 12, While the master plumber was there he noted that there was no prv valve and with the pressure spikes could make the expansion tank bladder to fail along with other fixtures problems throughout the house there were also additional notes that some improper connections on the cold water supply to the outside hose bib and toilet that could cause contamination she did not want to here thatShe was informed by the master plumber that the expansion tank would not be warranted without installing a prv valveWe charged $to furnish and install a prv (cost $325)We also contacted the manufacturer of "State" water heaters to come out and meet with *** on that same evening and State reinstated to her the same thingWe also went a step further and had the supplier we purchase from call State to see what there thoughts were and they would not take any responsibility stating that it had to be cross contamination*** called on 6/13/16, the master called on 6/14/16, she called on 6/15/left a message after hours stating that her phone did not show any missed callsWe have attempted to contact *** several timesWe value our customers and stand behind everything we doWe have no problem with replacing the water heater but I don't think that will solve the problemShe was informed the same thing the first time the master came outSincerely, *** ***/Owner/Master Plumber Aries Plumbing Inc

In response to your request for a refund.  [redacted] has been a long-time customer since 2008.  We appreciate [redacted]’s patronage over the years.  On 2/27/17 we cabled the sanitary sewer-stoppage roots and general accumulation.  On 4/3/17 we returned to cable the sewer again...

for no charge (normally there would have been a charge since it was over 30 days).  The cable technician recommended to contact Kirkwood after hitting an obstruction that could possibly mean something else was going on to help [redacted] out.  Unfortunately, we do not guarantee a line that has roots, there is no guarantee that cabling a sewer lateral will take care of ALL tree roots, we explained the situation to Theresa since she was our point of contact and mailed [redacted] a letter.  We also recommended Hydro flushing the line to help with the roots.  We do not take advantage of our customer’s we treat our customers with the up most respect and extend our help over and beyond as [redacted] would agree considering we have been returning to perform work for the last 9 years.  Due to the unsettling feelings of being taken advantage of we will refund the full amount of $126.65 to [redacted] and wish him well in finding another plumber he is comfortable with for future services.
