[redacted]'s Visa card, we have came to the conclusion that this was a legitimate charge. This amount charged, was the reservation for her bother In law, [redacted]. The reason for this was due to Mrs. [redacted] reserved the room with her Visa card, then [redacted] came in and paid cash for a night’s stay. [redacted] was charged a $50.00 non-smoking deposit. Upon inspection of the room the following morning, it was determined that the room had in fact, been smoked in. According to our disclosure, we are entitled to charge up to $300.00 for a cleaning fee, to remove the smoke odor.       . We did keep Mr. [redacted]'s cash deposit of $50.00, as well as charged [redacted]'s Visa card in the amount bf, a nights' stay, $81.75 in order to recover the cleaning fee for smoking in the room. We only had the cash deposit from Mr. [redacted] of $50.00, and the cleaning fee was more than this amount. Due to Mr. [redacted] smoking in the room, we had to take the room out of service for three days, while deep cleaning, as well as lost occupancy for that time.   Enclosed is a copy of the registration form that was signed by [redacted], stating that smoking in the roo1can result In a cleaning fee of up to $300.00.   Sincerely, Misha P[redacted]

The Hotel does not ask for any reservation information at the time of check in, due to the information already being in the computer. We only check id to confirm name matches reservation name and take credit card information, in case there is an incident that occurs where orbitz does not pay for the room, then guest is held responsible. The information in our computer had two reservations for [redacted]. We checked her into both rooms, one being a suite. She signed two registrations with the name [redacted] for both rooms. Never did she mention that one should not have been a suite. Orbitz paid only one room for [redacted]. Two different rooms were stayed in under her name. Orbitz sent two reservations under [redacted]. Two different were stayed under her name. Orbitz sent two reservations under [redacted]. These reservations were not cancelled. Only ONE was paid by orbitz. The suite was not paid by orbitz therefore [redacted] would be responsible to pay for that room.

[redacted] had 2 rooms under her name arriving to check in on February 13, 2016. Upon arrival, she stated that she had 2 reservation under her name. We checked her into the rooms that were reserved through orbitz.com. One was for a suite and 1 for a regular room. Only 1 was paid through orbitz due...

to confusion of to many reservations and cancelations in her name for the same date. The room paid for through orbitz was the regular room. [redacted] failed to mention that 1 of her rooms was reserved under a different name of [redacted], therefore manager checked her in for both reservations under [redacted]. The manager was never informed that the reservation under [redacted] was actually the reservation that [redacted] was supposed to be checked into. [redacted] should be asking refund from orbitz for the room under [redacted] due to her lack of communication at check in. There were many reservations made and cancelled under [redacted] on February 13, 2016. It was orbitz failure to cancel the correct amount of reservations keeping 3 reservations instead of 2. On many occasions, the manager spoke with [redacted] about the situation and explained multiple times that it was confusion on orbitz part. [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]These are the supporting documents sent to the manager at Super 8 after I departed. She did not ask for any documents before I departed that proved my reservation or payment. She pulled up reservations under my name only, at her desk and issued me 2 rooms per my reservation. It was after I checked out and left when she called to identify a problem. She then told me she was charging me $68.12 for a room. I sent her my emails from getaroom.com, which she acknowledged, showing payment for 2 rooms under my reservation. Simple. She claims I need to get money back thru getaroom.com, which she refers to as 'Orbitz.' This company was not involved in this $68.12 transaction. Mesha, the manager, used my debit card to charge me. I told her the first phone conversation on Feb. 14, that I did not authorize payment to her. I spoke to getaroom.com and they claim she can see my reservation and my payment on arrival to Super 8. I originally made 4 room reservations on Jan. 10, 2016 and subsequently cancelled 2 rooms. Refer to the emails as evidence. I had 2 room reservations on Feb. 13, that were paid on arrival. Reservation # R 491 340 829. In closing, this gets room.com company cannot reimburse my money if they weren't involved in the transaction.
