I am rejecting this response because:
I was not responded to within 12 minutes of sending you emails. That is clearly an untrue statement as I email correspondence to confirm my accusation. I do not wish to do further business with this company in regards to my health. The conversations that I had were misleading and for you guys to respond as I was told otherwise is not professional and not true.

Was very unfortunate to see this concern come in as we pride ourselves at Arijai of being as open and honest about expectations with our clients as possible.
Our records show that the first time we were notified of a concern directly from the client was on March 3, 2016...
at 11:20am CST through email. I was pleased to see that we responded to this client through email within 12 minutes (same day). Our response ensured our client that what she was experiencing post-treatment was very normal and to be expected. We even highlighted what to expect over the coming week and gave several tips with how to get the best results. We stated we would check back with her in 1 week.
Our client emailed again on March 4, 2016 at 9:00am CST asking a few more questions and also a recommendation for product she could use. A response was sent to our client later that evening where we addressed all questions and recommended a moisturizer that the client could purchase from any over the counter retail store. We also suggested she could use some of the many free samples we had given her during her first visit to Arijai to help get the results she desired. It was also during this time that we reiterated that results increase with continued treatments. Our hope is that this was not new information to our client as we would have instructed her of this before her initial purchase. Like with any of our services whether it be laser hair removal, tattoo removal, non-invasive body contouring, etc, clients may see a change after one treatment, but it often takes multiple treatments to get the desired results. This is why we offer packages of all our services as the hope is clients will understand that the results increase the more you treat the desired area. This concept is something we take very serious at Arijai in that we focus on setting real expectations with our clients and give them various options with different levels of positive results.
The last email from our client was sent on March 7, 2016 at 1:48pm CST which requested that she talk with the clinic doctor directly. We responded with our apologies and gave her the direct contact to the doctor.
As stated earlier, we try to be very sensitive in not over selling or setting unrealistic expectations with our clients. We take accountability in that we need to educate our clients as best we can and be honest and open as to what to expect. Some clients choose to only perform one or two treatments with hopes they get the results they desire even after we prescribe that 3-6 may be needed.
These treatment plans are a partnership with with our clients who we also hope is accountable to follow our recommendations and work with us to get the results they desire. With that said, as of March 24, 2016 I have directly reached out to this client offering to discuss several options to rectify her concerns. I am confident that with working with her over the coming weeks that we will come to a happy resolution for her.
